fresh vegetable salad
Our menu suggestion for grandma is:
walnuts and hazelnuts - 6 pieces
soup with vegetables and a little pasta - 1 plate
chicken (150 g) + potatoes (200 g) + carrots (150 g), all baked in the oven
a bowl of lettuce seasoned with olive oil
a glass of fruit juice
wholemeal bread with seeds - 2 slices
pressed ham - 60 g
We would recommend grandma to drink tea, natural juices and of course 8 to 10 cups of water.
