a bowl of lettuce seasoned with olive oil
snack:
a glass of fruit juice

wholemeal bread with seeds - 2 slices
pressed ham - 60 g
fresh peppers
We would recommend grandma to drink tea, natural juices and of course 8 to 10 cups of water.
